Job Description
We are looking for senior Java developers or architects with significant experience of developing enterprise or internet scale applications. Both server and UI developers are needed, educated to graduate level. Experience with Spring, Hibernate, Lucene, JSF and AJAX technologies are highly desirable. The positions are permanent, with benefits that include private healthcare and stock options. We have flexible work arrangements, but developers will normally spend at least 2 days a week in the Maidenhead office.

- Understanding of Enterprise Content Management
- Experience with Hibernate, Spring Aspect-Oriented Framework and the Lucene Text Search Engine
- Understanding of one or more relational databases
- Knowledge of JSR170, JSR-168 Portlet Specification, JSR-127 Java Server Faces, YUI
Freedom to act
This role will report to the VP of Engineering, although it is expected that the individual will work largely independently and need minimal supervision.
