Job Description
Creative, intelligent and resourceful Instructional Designer and Instructor with a passion for excellence.
Responsibilites
Develop engaging and exciting classroom-based, instructor-led, mediated courseware and self-paced multimedia eLearning courseware from technical reference materials and by collaborating with subject matter experts from multiple departments. Lead training projects in the design of instructional and testing strategies, developing learning objectives and instructional content for highly technical, international audiences.
Develop all training collateral for classroom-based instruction including lesson plans for classroom-based instruction, Instructor Guides, Student Guides and visual media assets.
Lead classes as required either in person or virtually over the web and assist in the certification programme for external instructors.
