Alfresco Deepens Investment in Customer Success with New Hires
New roles include Global VP of Customer Success, Chief People Officer and Chief Learning Officer
San Mateo, CA - October 4, 2013 - Alfresco, the open platform for business-critical content management and collaboration, today announced three new appointments to its management team who are focused on helping Alfresco to better service customers as well as attract and retain key talent.

Andrea Lagan, Alfresco’s new Global Vice President of Customer Success, brings 25 years experience leading customer focused service teams. Prior to Alfresco, Andrea was responsible for the Oracle RightNow and Oracle Taleo Cloud Service delivery organizations as Vice President of Cloud Support at Oracle and held senior leadership positions at RightNow Technologies, NetScout Systems, Network General, and Remedy Corporation.
Ray Martinelli, Alfresco’s new Chief People Officer, brings over 20 years in management roles at several industry-leading companies. Ray was most recently Chief People Officer at ServiceSource, which grew from 150 employees to over 3,000 employees worldwide during his tenure. Prior to ServiceSource, Ray was the SVP Human Resources for Macromedia and Juniper Networks as well as held HR director roles at Computer Curriculum Corporation and Apple.

Kara Underwood, Alfresco’s new Chief Learning Officer, has 20 years of experience in global learning and sales effectiveness with companies such as HP, Oracle, Adobe, AT&T, Marsh & McLennan, ServiceSource and Aspect Communications. Kara has received industry wide recognition, such as Training Magazine's Top 100 Award and the Association of Training and Development's Learning in Excellence Award.
