Job Responsibilities

This role will be responsible for carrying out sales activities to Customer and prospects in DACH.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets assigned to named accounts in Germany/DACH region
  • Identify & generate leads in combination with Marketing
  • Building trusted advisor relationships with named account
  • Develop joint business plan with key partners on key named accounts, including elements such as joint financial sales targets, joint marketing plans, resource requirements, and general account targeting coordination
  • Accurate and Documented forecasting of named accounts revenue streams

Skills & Experience

  • Accounts Sales experience with proven results in growing Business with a continuous high performance of minimum having reached/ exceeded targets( 100+% ) throughout career ( E.)   
  • Proven success in Direct Sales (E.)
  • Proven success in joint Partner Sales (E.)
  • Software Industry background (D.)
  • Proven experience in Public Sector or Financial Services is a plus (D.)
  • Demonstrable track record (E.)
  • Credibility at all levels, including CxO (E.)
  • A willingness to work and adapt to a fast growing & changing environment (E.)
  • A passion for 'starting up' and participating to the development of new ideas & concepts (E./D.)
  • Self-sufficiency and a high degree of autonomy (E.)
  • Good English communication skills (E.)
  • A good knowledge and practice of the ECM / WCM-CMS German/DACH market is a plus (D.)
  • A good knowledge of the Open Source market in German/DACH is a plus (D.)

Travel

Travel will be required for this role, at a minimum of 3 days/week to client prospects in Germany/DACH region
