Key Responsibilities

The Regional Sales Manager will develop and manage relationships with a named account list of prospects and existing customers, actively create partnerships to ensure successful quota achievement, and effectively implement sales programs to maximize efforts to penetrate new accounts. They will evangelize the Alfresco vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives. This role will be a key member of the North America sales extended leadership team.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Proven ability to establish new accounts
  • Experience selling to integrated software accounts
  • Vertical marketing or enterprise sales experience
  • Experience with establishing net new business with enterprise accounts
  • Ability to build trusted rapport with CXO level customer contacts
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proven negotiation skills and success developing customer relationships
  • 5 -10 years of experience in software solution selling – SaaS, content management background very helpful
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing strongly preferred

Freedom to act

This role will report to the Vice President, Americas, although it is expected that the individual will work largely independently and need minimal supervision.
