For Alfresco to reach its potential the proper leadership must exist at the highest level of the company. Therefore, it is our mission to identify and retain a VP of Customer Services whose charter will be to oversee Alfresco’s global initiatives in consulting, training and customer support, which is the key revenue drive of our business model.
Alfresco Support Engineers need to be versatile. Since Alfresco is Open Source, our Support Engineers need to be code literate, and able to contribute to the code, while at the same time providing a high level of expertise and an exceptional quality of service to our partners, external and internal customers.
Alfresco is looking for senior Technologists with deep experience in enterprise software to join the global consulting practice. Responsibilities include system architecture definition, application design, integration, advice and dissemination of best practices, and working with the Alfresco community on open source extensions to the core product. Our consultants are also required to be utility players, at times taking on roles such as pre-sales, training, support etc.
