Alfresco’s Solution Engineer will be the prime interlocutor in dealing with product & solution inquiries coming from existing Customers only. Primary focus will be on Document Management and Collaboration with secondary on the remaining Alfresco suite of products i.e. Records Management and Alfresco Workdesk. The Solutions Engineer will also deal with all EMEA partners for technical complex sales enquiries related to existing installations. In addition you can contribute to produce content assets for the Partner Portal like: KB articles, code sample, etc.
A Solutions Engineer (SE) at Alfresco participates in the full range of pre-sales activities from lead qualification to vendor selection by prospective customers. While the core of this is typically presenting and demonstrating products, SEs are also responsible for working with various sales reps to ensure that:

Primary focus being on Social Content Management with secondary on the remaining Alfresco suite of products i.e. Document and Records Management and Web Content Management.
The successful candidate will need to be able to communicate at multiple levels: technical architects, developers, IT system administrators and end-users.
This role will be responsible for carrying out sales activities to Customer and prospects in DACH.
