  • Certified
  • Customer Support
  • Customer Knowledge Base Portal
  • Maintenance Updates
  • Bugs and Patch Support
  • Indemnity and Warranty
  • Supported by Alfresco and its Certified Partners

No Certification

Alfresco Community Edition is NOT part of a certified stack. Alfresco Community Edition is also NOT “Scalability Benchmark Certified”

The Alfresco Enterprise and SMB Networks offer:

  • Certified across a Number of Different ECM Stacks combining Operating System, RDBMS, Application Server, Browser and Portal
  • Each Stack is Fully Certified by Alfresco with Full Support – e.g.
  • Linux, Tomcat, MySQL, JBoss Portal Firefox
  • Windows XP Professional, JBoss, Oracle, IE
  • Tuning and a Full Scalability Benchmarking before release as part of the “Fastest and Most Scalable Open Source Repository” program

No Maintenance

Alfresco does NOT provide maintenance on Alfresco Community Edition. The Alfresco Enterprise and SMB Networks offer full maintenance and updates.

No Warranty

Alfresco Community Edition is distributed on an “as is” basis does NOT provide any warranty whatsoever. This includes, without limitation, all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or another warranty, whether express or implied. Alfresco doe not warrant that Alfresco Community Edition will meet the user’s requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted. Alfresco does not guarantee that the use of the software will not be interrupted or be error free.

No Indemnity

Alfresco does NOT provide any indemnification whatsoever in terms of protection against intellectual property issues such as patents and copyrights or any other matter that may be considered under the term indemnification.
