When the New York Property Insurance Underwriting Association (NYPIUA) began struggling with legacy technologies and interfaces that did not allow them to address their customer needs quickly and efficiently, they knew it was time for a change.

That’s when Alfresco and our strategic partner, Technology Services Group (TSG) stepped in to help. Together, we were able to develop a solution that addressed NYPIUA’s unique requirements and specific needs. Leveraging Alfresco One and TSG’s High Performance Interface (HPI) as its new policy and claim management solution, the team was able to quickly migrate NYPIUA from their old solution to a new modern interface. The system went off without a hitch and the users loved it. The Alfresco and TSG solution made them more efficient on day one.
