The next step is usually a call with the manager and/or team. They will explain more about the role, your future responsibilities and get to know the future team you will be working with. This is a chance for both parties to ask job related questions to get a better and more complete picture.
Let's meet Face to Face
Depending on the job and department, the interview steps will vary. You’ll meet your future manager, team members and other stakeholders. Job related assessments can also be expected. Whilst we try to keep our interview processes as short as possible, there might be occasions where we need to expand the schedule. We’re just collaborative like that!
Welcome On Board!
You’ve made it final rounds, thumbs up all around, and once the official paperwork is signed, we will work hard to make your first day at Alfresco a success! You will have onboarding sessions with your manager and the team, as well as IT and HR introductions. We will work as a team to get you up to speed quickly!
