Andrea Lagan

Chief Customer Officer

Andrea is Alfresco's Chief Customer Officer, responsible for driving strategies and programs to ensure customers realize maximum value and success from Alfresco solutions. As a customer experience veteran with nearly 25 years’ experience, Andrea has successfully led customer focused teams responsible for driving business growth, customer retention, and exceptional customer experiences. Prior to joining Alfresco, she was responsible for the Oracle RightNow and Oracle Taleo Cloud Service delivery organizations as Vice President of Cloud Support at Oracle. Prior to Oracle, Andrea held senior leadership positions in Customer Support, Services, and Operations for RightNow Technologies, NetScout Systems, Network General, and Remedy Corporation and is a frequent speaker at customer experience events.

 

Sydney Sloan

Chief Marketing Officer

Sydney is Alfresco's Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for driving customer, product, partner and industry marketing. Previously, Sydney was head of Customer Experience at Jive Software where she helped to drive customer retention and growth programs which resulted in increased renewal rates for the company through integrated customer communications and marketing programs. She introduced customer value engineering team to develop financial justification models and metrics to enable customers to quantify the value of their investments. Prior to joining Jive, Sydney Sloan spent nine years at Adobe Systems running enterprise product marketing and industry solutions marketing as well as contributing to Adobe’s Open Source initiative.

 

Chris Wiborg

Vice President of Product Marketing 

Chris Wiborg serves as the VP of Product Marketing heading up Product Marketing, Industry and Partner Solution Marketing for Alfresco. Chris started his career as an Enterprise IT Architect and then transitioned through Product Management until finding his calling in Product Marketing.  He most recently comes from Cisco where he led the team responsible for marketing of their Collaboration portfolio of products. 

 

Cheryl McKinnon 

Principal Analyst at Forrester Research

Cheryl McKinnon is a principal analyst serving the needs of Enterprise Architecture Professionals. Her focus is delivering research and advisory services into areas including enterprise content management (ECM), content archiving, enterprise file-sync and file-share, document-centric collaboration, life-cycle management, information governance, and eDiscovery.

 

Nathan McMinn

Director of Global Premier Support Services

Nathan McMinn currently serves as Alfresco's Global Director of Premier Support Services and is responsible for worldwide delivery of the technical account manager and Alfresco service engineer programs. During his five years with Alfresco he has held several positions across the consulting and support organizations and created or maintained many open source product extensions. More recently, he authored the Alfresco Scalability Blueprint and was a significant contributor to the Reference Architecture Guide. Nathan has held strategic roles in enterprise architecture and content strategy across a wide variety of companies in manufacturing, advertising and technology.

 

Doug Dennerline

Chief Executive Officer

Doug Dennerline is the CEO of Alfresco Software. Prior to Alfresco, Doug served as President of SuccessFactors, responsible for worldwide sales, professional services, marketing, customer success, solution consultants, and strategic consulting. Doug was also Executive Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Salesforce. Prior to Salesforce, Doug had several roles at Cisco, including heading the WebEx group as Senior Vice President of the Collaboration Software Group. Doug holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
